What kind of products do you sell?
We sell tools designed help small business owners evaluate their website and guide them through a user experience process. Products are delivered in the form of a downloadable PDF and are available to purchase via Gumroad.
Do I need a Gumroad account to make a purchase?
Nope, a Gumroad account is not required to make a purchase. We recommend making an account as it will be easier to redownload the products and access your purchase history.
How do I access/download my product after buying?
You should receive a confirmation of your purchase and access to the product via your email. Additionally, if you have a Gumroad account you can view your purchase history and access purchases.
Will I get an email with my download link?
Yes, you should receive a confirmation from Gumroad with instructions on how to access and download the product.
What if I lose my download link or delete the file?
If you have a Gumroad account you should be able to access and re-download past purchases. If you do not have a Gumroad account, or can’t find record of the purchase, please email us for help at support@accelerateux.com.
Can I redownload a product later if I need it again?
Absolutely! You should be able to re-download the file from your original purchase confirmation, or access it from your Gumroad account (if you have one).
Refunds & Support
What's your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our product we are not able to offer refunds on digital downloads. If you have any questions about how to utilize the product you’ve purchased or wish to provide feedback you can email us at support@accelerateux.com.
What do I do if a file won't download or open?
If you cannot download or open a file that you’ve purchased, please reach out to us for assistance at support@accelerateux.com.

How long does it take to get a response to support requests?
We try to respond to all messages within 2 to 3 businesses days. We are a small team, and this response time could be longer during busy periods.
Usage & Licensing
Can I use the templates/resources for client work or commercial projects?
All resources, templates, tutorials, etc are available for use across personal and commercial projects. While you are welcome to utilize paid products in client work, we ask that you don’t share or distribute these files to other people.
Can I share or resell what I purchase?
No. All purchased materials are a single-license. Sharing or reselling of content and materials purchased from AccelerateUX is strictly prohibited.
