About our founder

AccelerateUX was created by Molly Gertenbach; a designer, developer, and educator with 10 years of experience building high-performing digital web and mobile app experiences.

After years of hearing the same questions—”Why aren’t people converting?”, “What does accessibility really mean?”, “How do I know what to fix first?”—Molly created AccelerateUX to share expert-level guidance in a way that’s practical, approachable, and built for busy teams. Our approach focuses on:

• Frameworks for prioritization (so you don’t get overwhelmed)
• Improvements that support both usability and business outcomes.
